Laura d’Avossa received the M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering in 2022 (summa cum laude) from University of Naples Federico II (Italy). Since 2022 she is a member of Quantum Internet Research Group, FLY: Future Communications Laboratory. In 2023, she was an Intern at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and in 2024 she served as a research assistant at Argonne National Laboratory, USA. In 2025, she was a visiting researcher at Northwestern University, USA. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student within the Quantum Technologies doctoral program at the University of Naples Federico II. Her research interests involve quantum communications and quantum transduction.
